Customer Collections

Many of our customers, who have appropriate transport, choose to collect their goods as this gives them an opportunity to discuss their self-build and, if they are ordering a roof construction for example, to talk through the assembly. We are happy with this and really enjoy meeting our customers and because we live "on site" can often accommodate weekend collections. However, please call beforehand to arrange an appointment. Delivery to your address

For those unable to collect we can, of course, arrange delivery to anywhere on the UK mainland and beyond – having shipped cast iron wheels to the USA, Ireland, France, Belgium, South Africa, Italy, Netherlands & Poland!

Due to the varying size, shape and weight of the components on offer, delivery costs do vary.

We now have our own van and driver, Matt and are therefore able to undertake most of the deliveries ourselves, usually within 2-3 weeks as we hold stock of most items. We realise that customers won’t always be available but, wherever possible, we would ask that you help our driver to unload, especially the heavier and more unwieldy items. Deliveries that include chassis’ are usually done by a self employed driver, using our trailer (as per the photos above). Currently, this service is only available on the UK mainland.
